Hi, Welcome to the BLOG!

With over a decade of experience each and after 7 wonderful years focusing on Wedding Photography, we have made the decision to reposition ourselves allowing us to expand into commercial Photography & Videography. Cartwright Studios will be offering Photography & Film for any businesses requiring promotional content.

Wedding Photography will remain a large part of what we do and we can’t wait to meet so many new people along the way. In the coming years our aim is to photograph destination weddings, allowing us to fulfil our love of TRAVEL. We truly love finding hidden places, experiencing new cultures and more importantly, capturing every moment along the way. So if you have a DESTINATION WEDDING planned, please do get in touch!

So who is behind the camera? That would be my husband Mark! Mark found his love of photography & film production many years ago. With our new business adventure, Mark is looking forward to taking some time to focus on his love of Film Production. Producing thought provoking short films for entry into film festivals is the goal! Watch this space!

And who does the paperwork? That would be me, Laura! Hi! If it doesn’t involve a camera, typically it will be my job! I love photography too, specifically DRONE footage. It is true, my first love is TRAVEL, but WEDDINGS are a very close second, which is what makes photographing DESTINATION WEDDINGS so perfect!
